Deliveries From The Online Pet Store

We want to get your goods to you in a timely, cost effective manor. This often means they will be dispatched in separate bundles. We may for necessity send one item with one carrier and another via parcel post. This makes financial and economic sense.

All products have a quoted delivery guide line. We here ensure that we, our suppliers and the carriers are aware of this deadline and we all endeavor to fulfill this commitment to you. However their are some times when mitigating circumstances leave things out with our control.
