Delivery Information

Delivery of all our products is free to the majority of mainland UK. If you live in the Isle of White, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands of Scotland please contact us for a delivery quotation.

In a majority of cases you'll be contacted to book in a suitable delivery slot. All delivery lead times on our product pages are given as estimates, in working days. At present we cannot offer delivery on non working days, such as weekends or bank holidays.

Large Items

Large items are generally delivered by specialist delivery teams. The courier will make contact directly to our customers prior to delivery, phoning to book them all in in advance. The courier will specify delivery down to a 2 hour delivery window for your day of delivery.

Deliveries are generally made on Monday to Friday, weekend deliveries can on occasion be arranged. But will generally incur an additional charge.

All deliveries are 'to the kerb' only due to heath and safety concerns for our drivers. Delivery drivers are not permitted to enter your property.

Therefore please ensure that you have help to move the products to their final location if you have ordered a large item, too large for 1 driver to carry. A signature will be required with every delivery made.

Small Items

Small items are delivered using the most appropriate delivery service, whether this be post through the Royal Mail or Courier.

We will confirm your delivery date to you in advance. This is generally done by email at the point of dispatch. We can on occasion confirm to you the courier used and the consignment/tracking number by email.

We operate from a number of warehouses and couriers, so your items may arrive separately for efficiency.

Deliveries can take place between as early as 8am and up to around 6pm on the day of delivery, unfortunately we are unable to give any specific timings or speed up your delivery in most cases.
