Price Match

We aim to have the most competitive price online for all of our items. If you find a better price please contact us or use the form on each of our product pages

We'll always aim to respond to a price match request by the end of the working day, but please allow a little more time at weekends.

A price match should be possible when

• The competitors product is the same in every way (like for like)
• The competitors product must be advertised and available to buy online now
• The competitors product is in stock
• The competitors price includes UK delivery and VAT
• You're able to buy the product on the day of the price match request

Please note that we're unable to price match after an order has been placed, and in all cases The Online Pet Store management retain the right to decline a price match request at their discretion.
