This helpful Avian Weighing Scale Kit is a highly accurate way of monitoring the weight of your bird. Monitoring your birds weight is an extremely reliable indicator of health and can alert you to problems days before they would be evident otherwise.

These scales are accurate to within 1 gram or 0.1oz and will weigh any bird up to 3kg / 6.5lb. Easy to use, the scales feature an ON and an OFF button.

It comes with a T Perch for adult birds to sit upon and also a bowl in which you can weight baby bids. The T Perch measures 15 cm (6 inches) across and 17 cm (6.75 inches) in height. The bowl is 23cm (9 inches) in diameter and 6 cm (2.5 inches) in depth.

The plastic cover and bowl that keep the inner workings of this great set of scales clear of debris are easy to simply wipe clean after each use. The wooden perch is a comfortable and recognizable sensation for your pet bird and will keep the stress of the situation to an absolute minimum.

The scales use an ordinary 9V battery that is not supplied with the Kit. The machine is 21 cm (8.25 inches) in diameter and is 5 cm (2 inches) in diameter.
