Buy Indigo Igloo Dog Kennel Large

A fairly large version of the Indigo Igloo Dog Kennel. The Igloo shaped dog kennels are incredibly stylish and are proving incredibly popular at the moment. Unique and different from most ordinary dog kennels. The Igloos have many practical benefits as well as looking good though!

The Indigo Igloo Dog Kennel from Petmate is fully insulated and has a porch area which allows the dog a greater area to sleep in. The dog kennel features a movable vent in the top that allows air to flow in and out of the kennel.

The shape of the dog kennel allows for greater circulation whilst remaining warm in winter and cool in summer. The base has a channel around the edge to allow any water inside the kennel to flow to the edge. The floor of the kennel is raised up off the ground.

All the indigo dog kennel sizes are available with optional pads and doors, purchased separately. The pad is a vinyl cover over foam pad shaped to fit the floor of the kennel. The cover is waterproof and can be washed.

  A. I have taken the measurment from the bottom at the widest point 16" (width) it then gets smaller toward the top of the entrance because it is domed shaped, the hight of the entance is 14.5" (hight)

  This entirely depends on the actual size of your Husky.
  
  If you measure from tail to nose this will give you a guideline of a suitable kennel size.

  Please measure your dogs from nose to base of the tail (the part that joins the body) to ensure they will fit, sometimes is a good idea to draw it out on the floor and see if your dogs fit in.

• Q. hi I have a 3 mth old beardie collie measures about 29 inches at present in length. He will eventually be about 55cm in height. Should I buy medium or large? Tempted to buy medium as cheaper but will it be ok when he is fully grown? Also is it easliy disassembled and transported? Many thanks

  With regards to your question, basically the Medium Indigo Igloo Dog is ok now but for sure the dog will need the large when fully grown. The Indigo Igloo Dog is assembled just by clips which can be unclipped but they're very tight when in place. We deliver already assembled.

• Q. I have a 16 month old Alaskan Malamute male. He is already 27 inches at his shoulders and weighs 43kg. He shudnt get too much bigger, definately not height wise, but may still fill out. Do you think a Large would be big enough or would I have to go with X-Large?? im on a budget thats why im asking. Also, It says the gutter around the outside helps drain water from inside the kennel. To what extent can water get inside the kennel?? That doesnt sound good as a dry environment is one of the most important things for a dog?? not saying the products bad just confused and want to know everything before I buy... thanks very much.

  Thanks for your question.

  Unfortunately the large would be too small for your dog, I am not sure if the extra large would be suitable either though. The door for entry is only 23inches although the inside is higher.

  The gutter is for if your pet comes back into the kennel and is wet already, then the gutter will drain away the water. It is also used if the vent is shut and if any condensation comes into the kennel this would also drain away.

  I think that the extra large may suit your dog but might be a tight fit and so the decision would be up to yourself.
