  The mini san diego does not have an opening top, just the front door. The mini san remo does have an open top and the bars are standard. We can ship to France, the costs are about £135, if you you could confirm your address, we could confirm the exact costs when we have an address for you.

  A. You can fit 4-6 budgies in the mini san diego if they are let out for further exercise, the grid at the bottom of the cage can be removed
