• First of all let me thanks the team for getting this item out to me soo fast and with great communication. The item arrived well wrapped and very prompt. The size was perfect for my dog (Jack Russell). The two grates make it easy to clean. If there is poop on one, you simply flip it over onto the newspaper at the bottom and then throw that paper away. Very easy to wash too! Each grate is very strong so there is no fear of breaking. The only downside of this prodcut is the colour. For me it's a bit too retro (70's colour). A nice bright red or even a black would have been better. Overall, very happy with the prodcut and the dog is too.

• I was unsure whether this would work, but I tried it by putting it in the same place as my pup would normally do its toilet on newspaper and I also put a newspaper on top of the grid for the pup to get used to it and it really worked. Very impressed with the idea, but it is a bit on the small side, so there needs to be larger sizes to accommodate a larger pup or dog or a pup that moves around when doing its business.

• Q. Hi, would you say that this product would be suitable for a 13month boston terrier (medium breed) at approx 7kilos? We live in a flat so an indoor toilet would be handy for late night pees. Really I was a little concerned with the sturdiness of its construction.
