  The crate pads are approx 5.5cm thick. The base colour of the lg is red and yes we deliver to London we do a next day delivery service so that's not a problem. When ordering, please specify that you require delivery on the 19th of February.

• Q. Would you recommend this crate size for our dog who is currently waiting in the West Indies for us to collect her? She has been measured on our behalf, from tip of nose to base of tail ( where it meets body) 32inches, and withers to floor 20 inches. We are travelling with Virgin Airlines, is this crate acceptable to them?? Thank you!

  From the measurements given this crate would definately be the correct size for your dog. These ca=rates are also the recomended IATA approved shipping crate and is therefore fine for your dog to travel in.

  However we are unaware of Virgins guidelines and it is worth checking with them to see if it is suitable.
