  Yes definitely, they are used for dogs which are much heavier animals, I would suggest you check the size is right, measure your cat from nose to base of the tail, I would have thought a small would be better for you though.

  We recommend you measure the pup from nose to base of the tail this will give you a sure answer, pups grow quickly and this size would not accommodate a full size collie the intermediate or large would be more suitable if you require to keep the kennel through out the dogs life.
